Dan Astleford
Chief Executive Officer
Dan Astleford was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Belton Regional Medical Center in 2026. Prior to joining Belton Regional Medical Center, Dan served as Chief Operating Officer for Centerpoint Medical Center beginning in 2019 and held a variety of leadership positions within HCA Midwest Health starting in 2010. He has played a critical role in advancing colleague and patient engagement scores, launching new services, growing volume, and overseeing major capital projects at the HCA hospitals where he has served. Dan holds a B.B.A. in Health Services Administration from the University of South Dakota and both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Iowa.
Steve Sahr
Chief Financial Officer
Steve Sahr was appointed chief financial officer of Lee’s Summit Medical Center and Belton Regional Medical Center in November 2024 to oversee the financial functions and achieve strategic financial goals at both HCA Midwest Health hospitals. Steve brings a wealth of financial management expertise and broad knowledge of our health system, having worked in various ACFO, controller and accountant capacities throughout HCA Midwest Health during the past 16 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, KS, and a master of business administration from Webster University in Kansas City, MO.
Lindsay Goldammer, RN, MSN
Chief Nursing Officer
Lindsay brings more than a decade of nursing leadership experience within HCA Midwest Health to Belton Regional Medical Center. Lindsay previously served Chief Nursing Officer after serving as assistant chief nursing officer at Research Medical Center, the health system's largest and most complex hospital. In that role, she helped lead initiatives focused on quality outcomes, patient experience, and nursing workforce stability.
Goldammer holds a bachelor's degree in nursing from Fort Hays State University and a master's degree in nursing leadership from Western Governors University.
